ARBITRATION & MEDIATION

Over the past decade the attorneys at Birdsong & Armstrong have tried many civil cases to verdict, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants.  Oftentimes, trial is the only way to resolve a case.

However, we have found that a litigant's ability to maintain control over the disposition of their case through mediation is a valuable and powerful tool.  With this in mind, Blake Armstrong has recently completed 40 hours of basic mediation training and would welcome the opportunity to assist you and your clients in resolving their cases.
