Practice Description

Blake's practice consists of a wide variety of civil litigation matters, representing individuals and corporate clients on both the plaintiff's and defendant's side of the docket. Blake has successfully tried cases involving claims of personal injury, constitutional rights violations, medical malpractice, breach of contract, Deceptive Trade Practices, property damage, fraud, as well as oil and gas disputes in both state and federal court.

In addition to his litigation practice, Blake acts as general counsel for several municipalities and school districts in the East Texas Area. He is a member of the Texas Council of School Attorneys.

Blake is also a trained Mediator and assists Litigants in resolving a broad range of matters.
